SMOKED ROOM HISTORY
Dani García is one of the Andalusian chefs with the greatest international projection. He manages to combine the products of his homeland with the techniques and ingredients of the most international cuisine in a single dish.
His restaurant Smoked Room, in Madrid, makes its debut in the Michelin Guide, receiving two stars at once, a recognition no establishment had achieved since 1936.
By becoming a three Michelin restaurant in Madrid, he is now focused on taking his cuisine to the world.
